Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Visualization Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to extract insights from complex data sets, support business strategies, and contribute to organizational growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in data analysis tools, and excels in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, implement, and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, communicating findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics activities.
• Support data governance initiatives and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Skilled in querying data from data warehouses and data lakes using tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and Salesforce.
• Proficient in data aggregation and visualization through platforms like Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experienced in communicating documentation and insights effectively using tools such as PowerPoint and Confluence.
• Builds self-serve dashboards in Power BI, Looker, and Tableau to enable independent stakeholder access to key metrics.
• Python, R, or similar data analysis tools/languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a business intelligence or data engineering environment.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and advanced statistical modeling.
