Job Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end administrative operations, facilities, and employee engagement for a 400-employee software company operating in a hybrid work model. This role ensures smooth functioning of office infrastructure, vendor management, compliance, and high-quality employee experience across two floors in a tech park.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Facilities & Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance, compliance, space planning, and workstation setups.
- Administrative Operations: Supervise front desk, housekeeping, pantry, and security services; manage procurement and records.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, monitor performance, handle AMC renewals.
- Employee Engagement & Support: Organize engagement activities, coordinate travel, support HR onboarding.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage annual budgets, track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Technology & Reporting: Generate reports, maintain compliance documents, use MS Office and facility tools.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor admin staff, ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
