Position Overview  

We’re searching for a Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Transformation to join our Activation Services team on a remote basis (or hybrid from an Applied Systems office). To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.    

 

What You’ll Do

      • Partner closely with senior leadership to scope, prioritize, and execute critical cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational transformation and impact.
      • Lead the planning and delivery of high-priority strategic programs and enterprise initiatives. Develop repeatable processes to track and manage execution.
      • Lay the foundation for a high-performing Enterprise Project Management Office, including defining methodologies, tools, and best practices.
      • Design and lead change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.
      • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, progress updates, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
      • Act as a connector and facilitator across business units, breaking down silos and ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and execution.
      • Implement project-specific governance structures that include regular customer check-ins—ensuring that each initiative incorporates stakeholder feedback loops, milestone reviews, and alignment checkpoints to validate outcomes and maintain customer-centric execution.
      • Design and deliver training programs, toolkits, and enablement resources to upskill teams involved in strategic initiatives and enterprise project work. Ensure stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, processes, and systems needed to execute effectively and adopt new ways of working.

 

We’re Excited to Learn More About You  

Your experience may include:

      • 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, management consulting, or enterprise program/project leadership.
      • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and business impact.
      • Strong executive presence, with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Track record of building from zero-to-one-whether processes, teams, or capabilities.
      • Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and navigating ambiguity.
      • A bachelor’s degree is also required.

 

You may have other skills or credentials, including:   

      • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.
