Position Overview  

 

We Education & Training Coordinator to join our Onboarding & Success Services Team, in a support role for the team who provides product training to our clients. As an Education & Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties that allow our training sessions to be available to our clients through our Learning Management System, maintaining internal documentation and data as well as communicating with clients to schedule any unused training.  You will report to the Director of the Education and Training teams. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Successfully complete all assigned assessments
  • Display the ability to locate, understand, and leverage internal tools that provide insight to the customer and training needs (examples include SuiteProjects Pro, Confluence and/or OneNote, Jira, Salesforce, Survey Monkey, etc.)
  • Update client-facing live training class schedules in our Learning Management System / Salesforce
  • Gather data on a regular basis that is used for reporting to upper management
  • Create/update Power Point presentations as needed
  • Create/update internal training schedules
  • Manage training requests
  • Communicate with clients with regards to scheduling their purchased training
  • Assist with assigning resources to training projects

 

We’re Excited to Learn More About You  

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at working with a variety of software products
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including PowerPoint

 

You may have other skills or credentials, including:

  • Insurance industry experience
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Jira or Survey Monkey
  • Expertise with Slack or Confluence
  • Experience with Resource Planning or financial management systems
