Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Compensation. This person will be a leader within the Revenue Operations organization, responsible for independently driving mission critical processes, initiatives, and technologies that support Sales. This leader is a self-starter and highly accountable and able to bring order to ambiguous problems and processes which are often faced by Operations teams. Given the process, analytics, and systems focus of this role, in addition to the functions list above, close collaboration with peers as well as information technology and finance group are required for success. This includes interacting with and influencing all levels, including senior management. Someone who is successful in this role will possess the requisite domain expertise, business acumen, execution mindset, and the ability to drive results across multiple functions and teams. This leader will be asked to solve complex business challenges and/or run complex business processes. A high level of detail orientation is required from scoping through to completion. A self-starter mentality is also a must, as this role will operate with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring programs/processes it is responsible for are effectively planned, executed, and continuously optimized for long-term success. This role will involve working with multiple internal and/or external team members, some of which are more senior to it, directly and/or indirectly. This will require positivity, accountability, creativity, and leading by example.
