Job Description

Applied Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an Associate Staff Billing Coordinator to join our Systems Billing & Contract Administration team. Acting as a liaison with other departments, you will focus on carrying out billing duties, including order processing, recurring billings, and invoicing. You will also handle the upkeep of customer information, consistently maintaining a positive and friendly relationship with our clients.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Interact with clients via phone and email
  • Maintain product licensing for clients
  • Enter data in various systems

What You’ll Need to Succeed


We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

  • 1-3 years of billing administration, experience; also open to administrative experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills (Excel and Word)
  • Strong, interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being detail-oriented to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

Additionally, you may have:

  • Exposure to an ERP platform (such as NetSuite), billing/invoicing, software, and/or other software systems is strongly desired
