Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities
Develop and evolve formal QA processes, using industry best practices
Perform all types of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, security,
and integration testing
Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure test coverage for
critical business functions
Set up environments and mock up data to perform accurate and complete
testing
Work with project team to translate requirements into test cases to ensure
complete coverage
Report on test results, including analyzing test data, documenting findings,
and reporting on findings
Provide feedback to ensure a final product meets Applied’s quality standards 
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Porvar, or other
relevant automation tools. Continuously explore opportunities to improve test
automation coverage and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelors in information technology, computer science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' QA Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing QA duties in Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills 

May also have:
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience using test automation tools
