Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, are currently searching for a Security GRC Analyst to join our growing team. GRC Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution and continued development of our company's third party risk management program. The Analyst plays an essential part in managing and implementing the company's processes to determine the potential risks related to third party vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Execute assessments of third-party suppliers to evaluate their security posture, and manage the overall third-party risk management lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective identification, assessment, and delineation of risks associated with third-party vendor relationships.
• Facilitate the exchange of information and the documentation of risks and concerns between stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and present risk reports for senior management detailing notable risks and recommended action plans.
• Navigate third party risk management tools and implement enhancements.
• Provide support for the resolution of third-party risk-related inquiries and issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging threats, and changes to the regulatory landscape that may influence third-party risk management.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can work remotely or from an Applied Systems office

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, information security, or a related function.
• Solid knowledge of risk assessment techniques and third-party risk management methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of people at all levels within the organization.
• Certifications in risk management or information security are a plus.
