    Job Summary
    Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an Part-Time Implementation Assistant to join our service-oriented Implementation Services team.  In this role, you will provide proactive and energetic administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate for this role will be an administrative professional who seeks to enable the success of others on the team by providing their expertise in fulfilling critical tasks and functions. You must be detail oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.



    • 1+ years of administrative support experience in a professional, corporate environment
    • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to work for approximately 20 hours per week (flexible work hours available)
    • Enthusiastic, energetic, organized, and service-oriented
    • Strong attention to details, and ability to multitask
    • Ability to work well with customers
