    Job Summary
    Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an Executive Assistant to become a part of the team at our Atlanta office.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the senior management staff, and the Executive Assistant to the CEO. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors in our Atlanta office.  You will be relied upon to create  a hospitable environment for guests and employees, greeting all in a warm and friendly style.  


    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Offer assistance to all guests and employees traveling through the reception area
    • Provide a guest badge, request guests sign the guest book, and notify employees of guests
    • Answer and direct calls promptly and efficiently
    • Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned



    • High school diploma or its equivalent is required
    • 3+ years of administrative experience. Experience supporting multiple managers or teams preferred.
    • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office programs
    • Must possess an outgoing, friendly, responsive, and professional demeanor
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Keeps an open mind when responding to demanding customer requests; regards these difficult requests as opportunities to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations; responds to customer requests and expectations in a flexible and adaptive manner
    • Must be a team player, detail orientated, and have the ability to multi-task
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction
