Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Solution Consultant who will be responsible for conducting pre-sale, business operational reviews and product evaluations of all applicable Ivans and Applied Systems’ solutions in North America.  Working under minimal supervision, the Solution Consultant position is the Sales division’s resource for consulting, solution engineering, product demonstrations and proving the business value of the solution offering to carrier prospects and clients.  The Solution Consulting department works closely with Sales and Services to recommend a solution offering and enable that offering to be effectively evaluated and delivered to carrier prospects and clients. Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for an AssociateProduct Instructor to join our EZLynx division, where you will be responsible for learning EZLynx products and applying training skills to effectively help our customers implement and adopt our solutions. The majority of training will be conducted remotely in a virtual classroom setting, though there may be occasions where you will travel to an Applied Systems facility to deliver onsite training sessions. What You'll Do - Deliver engaging virtual webinars while being responsive to customer questions and feedback - Create new or update existing webinars and training materials as necessary due to new products/features offered by EZLynx product - Focus on training clients during the implementation process on the basics needed to effectively use our solutions at system activation using approved training materials - Deliver interactive virtual group training utilizing standardized materials and programs - Collaborate with team members to improve training processes What You’ll Need to Succeed Your experience should include some or all of the following:  - Demonstrated experience working with external clients, preferably in a customer support or training capacity - Demonstrated experience in public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills. As members of OIS, Security Engineer works closely with application and infrastructure engineering teams, product managers (PM), quality assurance (QA), and third-party groups to ensure that Applied products are secure. They work with various teams identify and mitigate security issues, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations by applying their in-depth knowledge of development, infrastructure, and cloud providers. They work very closely with the Threat Response and Governance, Risk and Compliance teams to share their findings in a proactive manner.
