Job Summary
Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently accepting applications for our 2018 Internship Program.  We are looking to fill a role on our Customer Support team.  You will focus on the operational tasks that help keep the Support team running smoothly.  Duties will include coordinating continuing education and new hire onboarding for Support Technicians; assisting with preparing daily statistical reports; creating/maintaining various surveys; and coordinating production of emails in our marketing automation system.  This role will provide valuable, hands-on experience in a professional, corporate environment.


This is a full-time (Monday through Friday) internship that runs from May to August.  Start dates and end dates are determined by both the department and the intern’s availability.  Interns will work at our corporate headquarters in University Park, IL, and therefore must reside in the Chicagoland area.



  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Must be enrolled full-time in college for the Fall 2018 semester
  • Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening
  • Strong PC usage skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented; self-motivated, asks questions to clarify as necessary
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
